Shipping Policy

In addition to the standard policy below, please note: due to increased safety measures employed at our facilities, orders may be temporarily delayed beyond our standard fulfillment times. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible using the method selected at checkout. We appreciate your patience.

 

United States customers:

If an Expedited or Express shipping method is selected, your order is processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2:30pm Eastern Time. If a Free shipping method is selected, your order is processed and shipped within two (2) business days. Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM Eastern Time) only.

You will automatically be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow twelve (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status. Any delays in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for reimbursement of any shipping fees.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, including those that do not meet our security requirements. Orders over $750.00 paid with PayPal require an adult signature for delivery. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and any failed delivery attempts to these or similar types of addresses will be subject to a $35 intercept fee.

*Free shipping is limited to products shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders that are processed through our international checkout service are not eligible for free shipping.

 

International customers:

All international orders are processed through a third-party verification system prior to processing. Orders will be shipped within two business days of clearing this process via the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays or other interruptions caused by international customs or other reasons.
