After being issued an RAM # for a return I was advised to send back product in the original box which was not available. So Mac of All Trades suggested to purchase a correct box with all the packaging, and I did. This did not include the shipping back charge. Pretty spend for a box and interlocking. In the end it was worth it all because I felt good they received back the product in the correct way. It also allowed me to receive a very quick response regarding the product. Little slow receiving but in perfect condition.
