Completely satisfied. iPhone arrived exactly when estimated. I expected to need help in transferring all data, contacts, photos, apps, etc. from my lost (and unrecovered old iPhone), although I felt all that was backed up on my iMac's external hard drive and/or my iCloud storage. But when I charged up my new iPhone, I started receiving screens with instructions on how to restore the backups. I followed those, and within 1 hour everything had been totally transferred to my new iPhone 5s...even though I never found my lost one. I took it immediately to a nearby AT&T store which gave me a new sim card (waiving the $5 cost of it), restored my old iPhone number to my new one, and told me that as an AARP member AT&T would apply a 10% discount to the rate of my future cellphone monthly charges!!! ALL of this took place within 2 hours of the receipt of my new iPhone in the mail, and with no professional help except with the restoration of my old phone number and the sim card installation!!! So....am I HAPPY??? YOU BET!!! This has been a really good deal for me...especially since I paid only $216 for this refurbished (to like new excellent condition) iPhone 5s, including the Express Delivery 3-day delivery fee!!!
