Can I ship on my UPS/FedEx account?
All orders ship on our account only. Shipping prices are based on freight, handling, and boxing.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping options depending on your location.
When will my order ship?

All orders begin processing once they pass our security criteria. The Credit Card Verification Form below may be required for several reasons such as shipping and billing address conflicts, first time orders, large dollar amounts, or other security flags. All items listed on our site are in stock.

You will be emailed a tracking when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update with the shipping carrier.


How do I track my order?

How long is the transit time?
Items ship from our location (Tampa, FL 33626). An estimated arrival date is provided when calculating your estimated shipping costs in the shopping cart or upon checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on your shipping location and shipping service. This can be determined prior to entering payment information.
Can I return my product?
Can I upgrade my shipping method?
Shipping can only be upgraded before your order is prepared for shipment. Please contact Customer Service if you wish to upgrade your shipping service prior to shipment. Once an item is in transit, the transit time cannot be accelerated. e.g. If you select FedEx Ground and want to upgrade to FedEx 2Day after the item has already shipped, it will continue with Ground service.
