IMPORTANT: AN ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL DELIVERIES. FedEx will make three (3) delivery attempts. We have a restricted FedEx account; orders are not eligible to be forwarded to a different address or picked-up at a FedEx location without advance authorization through Mac of All Trades. You may be required to complete additional paperwork post-ordering if you are a first time customer. Not all items are eligible to be shipped to an address other than the billing.
We do not accept credit cards issued by non-USA banks or orders originated with an IP address outside the USA.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, third parties (someone other than the credit card holder), or freight forwarders.
All items are charged a $15 handling fee as part of the shipping total.

FedEx Home Delivery®: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
FedEx Ground®: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.
FedEx Express Saver®: Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business days. Monday–Friday, with Saturday pickup available in many areas for an additional charge. NOT AVAILABLE IN ALASKA OR HAWAII.
FedEx 2Day®: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Monday–Friday, with Saturday pickup and delivery available in many areas for an additional charge.

If your order attempt "DECLINES" or does not go through for any other reason, please first contact your credit card bank directly before re-attempting an order. Please verify: 1) the CVV2 code on your card is correct 2) your credit card statement billing address is accurate 3) a possible preset, daily spending limit (such as $500 or $1000 regardless of your balance or credit limit) is not causing the problem.
