You may be required to complete additional verification post-ordering if you are a first time customer. Not all items are eligible to be shipped to an address other than the billing. UPS will make three (3) attempts to deliver. Undelivered orders are eligible to be forwarded or picked-up at a UPS location (government issued photo ID matching the name and shipping address required). We do not accept credit cards issued by non-USA banks, orders shipping outside the USA (see below for international order information) or any orders originating from outside the USA. We do not ship to third parties, PO boxes, freight forwarders, or hotels. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction for any reason.

You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

If you are outside the USA and would like to order ten (10) or more units, please email the Sales Dept. as these transactions are handled offline. We have been shipping to volume buyers in Europe, Asia, and South America consistently over the years and are always looking to expand.
