Shipping Policy


You may be required to complete additional paperwork post-ordering if you are a first time customer. Not all items are eligible to be shipped to an address other than the billing. An adult signature is required for all deliveries. UPS will make three (3) attempts to deliver. Undelivered orders are not eligible to be forwarded without authorization by Mac of All Trades or picked-up at a UPS location. We do not accept credit cards issued by non-USA banks or orders originated with an IP address outside the USA. We do not ship to PO Boxes, third parties, freight forwarders, hotels, or military bases. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction for any reason.

If you need four (4) or fewer items, please order on our website, click on the "Outside the U.S.?...Click here to checkout" link within the shopping cart, and follow the instructions from there.

You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

If you are outside the USA and would like to order ten (10) or more units, please email the Sales Dept. as these transaction are handled offline. We have been shipping to volume buyers in Europe, Asia, and South America consistently over the years and are always looking to expand.
