You may be required to complete additional paperwork post-ordering if you are a first time customer. Not all items are eligible to be shipped to an address other than the billing. An adult signature is required for all deliveries. FedEx will make three (3) attempts to deliver. Undelivered orders are not eligible to be picked-up at a FedEx location.
We do not accept credit cards issued by non-USA banks or orders originated with an IP address outside the USA.
We do NOT ship to third parties (someone other than the credit card holder), freight forwarders, nor PO Boxes.
All items are charged a $15 handling fee as part of the shipping total.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction for any reason.
Foreign orders
We do not ship international unless it is an order for five (5) machines or more, pre-paid wire transfer, and shipping arranged from your end FOB Tampa, FL, USA.
Your best option is to have in friend in the USA order the item on your behalf with their credit card. The item MUST be shipped to their valid credit statement billing address in the USA. Once they receive the item, they forward it to you.
