My computer shipped very quickly. It was packed extremely well. Small chip on upper corner of glass, just like they said, no problem there. I immediately installed Yosemite with no problems, runs very smoothly. I had the optional 8 gig memory upgrade, which is very much worth it, by the way. Used bootcamp to install Windows 7, runs great! I am running Reaper DAW and various plugins which can really task a computer's power and speed, all with no problems or hiccups. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Love Mac of all Trades!

I gave 4 stars because of the vertical nick/crack in the glass of the screen. It's small and  I wasn't expecting that but they could've mentioned it. Saying 'some cosmetic damage' is cool but not cool at the same time. Photos of the places that make you have to say 'some cosmetic damage' would help. If it's in great condition, no need for a pic. I think the actual photos should show. All sides and closeups.

Overall the iMac itself is great! No complaints. Runs well.
