|Definition of order status.|
After logging into your account, you can view recent orders to find their current status. The descriptions below explain what these statuses mean.
PROCESSING indicates we have received payment. We may attempt to contact you to confirm the order. If you are a first-time customer and have not already spoken with a representative, please contact us at 813-925-1181 (option 3) to confirm the order. If your order has already been confirmed, we are testing the order and confirming configuration(s).
READY TO SHIP indicates your order has passed all testing and is being prepared for shipment. Most orders ship within one (1) business day of being updated to this status.
SHIPPED indicates your order has been packaged and a shipping label created. Orders marked as SHIPPED leave our facility once UPS completes their daily pickup. You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number. Occasionally, this email may be marked as junk/spam by your email provider. If you do not receive your notification, please login to your online account to find tracking information.
AWAITING PAYMENT indicates you have selected to pay via eCheck with PayPal. eChecks can take several business days to clear. eCheck orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the eCheck clears and we receive the funds.

Click the Sign In link at the top of our site to track your order status. If your order shows tracking information, please contact UPS to confirm the status.
