Shipping and Returns
Can I ship on my UPS/FedEx account?
All orders ship on our UPS account. Shipping prices are based on freight, handling, and boxing.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping options depending on your location. Customers in 4- or 5-day UPS Ground zones will see Ground, 3 Day Select, and 2nd Day Air options. Customers in 3-day UPS Ground zones will see Ground and 2nd Day Air options. Customers in 1- or 2-day Ground zones will only see the Ground shipping option. We do not offer overnight service.
When will my order ship?

All orders are processed online and shipped within 1-2 business days or when it passes our security. The Credit Card Verification Form below may be required for several reasons such as shipping and billing address conflicts, first time orders, large dollar amounts, or other security flags. All items listed on our site are in stock.

You will be emailed a tracking when your order ships. Please allow 12 hours for tracking to update with UPS.

How long is the transit time?
Items ship from our location (Tampa, FL 33626) within 1-2 business days. To view a UPS Ground Map showing transit times from our location, click here. Please remember weekends and holidays do not count as transit days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on your shipping location and shipping service. This can be determined prior to entering payment information. All orders ship through our UPS account.
Can I return my product?
Can I upgrade my shipping method?
Shipping can only be upgraded before your order ships. Please contact Customer Service if you wish to upgrade your shipping service prior to shipment. Once an item is in transit, the transit time cannot be accelerated. e.g. If you select UPS Ground and want to upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air after the item has already shipped, it will continue with Ground service.
