Looked Excellent but had some Internal Issues

When the MacBook Pro arrived it was in great condition. However, after about a week it started freezing while using it and I had to restart several times a day. I reached out to support and they were quick to try and troubleshoot the issue. After no resolve, they issued me a return number for exchange. I had to pay return shipping and add insurance which put me out $60, I was not happy. Their website does state that if you do not purchase the 1 year protection plan you must pay for return shipping, however I was not aware at how expensive this was. It is not right that one should pay return shipping when the product was defective within the 90 day warranty. The company did expedite the return for me and offer me a 1 year warranty on my exchange to help compensate me. I am still waiting for the return, but as of now I am satisfied with the customer service and support I have received. I am hoping to follow up with a five star review on the exchanged item I receive.
