Every listing has its product condition (e.g. good, excellent, etc.) in its description. All hardware is refurbished (cleaned and tested). Cosmetic problems beyond normal wear-and-tear for the item's age are not sold in the normal sections of our website; they are sold in the Clearance Section. The conditions outlined below are general guidelines:

Good Condition: The equipment has accrued normal wear for its age and may have a slight cosmetic defect which does not affect operation. Equipment having excessive wear or multiple cosmetic defects is sold in the Clearance Section.

Excellent Condition: Equipment has accrued minimal wear for its age and has no cosmetic defects.

Mint Condition: Equipment is less than two (2) years old, is like-new, and has no cosmetic defects.

New - Open Box: Equipment is less than six (6) months old, is in like-new condition, and includes all its original items from Apple.

New - Factory Sealed: Equipment has never been used, is sealed in its original box from Apple, and includes all original items. We occasionally open these boxes at our discretion to verify the configuration and peripherals.

Clearance (Fair Condition): Equipment has multiple cosmetic defects. Clearance Items are refurbished using the same process as all other equipment. All Clearance Items include our standard complimentary hardware hardware warranty. In the rare event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund including round-trip shipping (Clearance Items only).
