Not happy March 11, 2015
Reviewer: Cindy Anderson from Sumner, WA United States
I regret purchasing a refurbished MacBook from this company. It was faulty, and we returned it promptly, and it still hasn't been resolved. A representative called, left a voice msg, asking for more information. I believe our explanation should have been specific enough. I did respond, and haven't been contacted yet. I just sent an email, requesting a full refund. My son, who will be using the MacBook, leaves to teach in Japan in a couple weeks, and NEEDS a laptop. With my refund, I'll purchase a new one, instead of taking the chance it might not be fixed properly. Time is of the essence right now, and so I hope mac of all trades honors my refund.  Thank you.

MB985LL/A - A Good Buy March 11, 2015
Reviewer: Craig from TOPEKA, KS United States
First time buying from this website. There were some minor scratches but no dents. Yay! :) Some of the keys were a little sticky so I had to take off and clean. The screen and palm rest look brand new. The superdrive was a little sluggish, but I'm replacing with dual hard drive, so no biggy. Put in a SSD and some more memory and this sucker is ready to go. Love these machines! Thanks

Laptop purchase January 2, 2015

The laptop is in good condition, shipping was fast and prompt.  I  would suggest if the laptop has a significant dent in it, you should let the customer know.

Another great purchase... May 21, 2014
Reviewer: Joshua Sheffield from wake forest, NC United States
I purchased one the above machines. Of course it was a used system, a bit more damaged than I would have hoped (bottom cover doesn't fit exactly, but it's close), and the DVD burner was temperamental, but they worked with me to get the drive replaced in a manner that I felt should be done. They were also very helpful and quick to respond through all of it.

I would have given this 3-stars, but the helpfulness of the staff and their working to remedy my drive in the way they did moves it up to 4-stars for me.

Thanks Macofalltrades

No More PC's May 2, 2014
Reviewer: Kenneth Koper from Columbia, CT United States
I’ve worked in IT support for many years. As you know Windows are always being hacked with virus’s malware and ransom ware and whatever is the flavor of the day for problems.
Last month my daughter PC’s was hacked with ransom ware with an encryption key on all her files. I gave her all the tools and antivirus to keep her computer clean. It seems like I was cleaning something off every three months.  I had it; it was time for the Mac.
A Mac friend said he refers all his pissed off Window people to your site and all are very happy with your service and computers.
My daughter and I have no complaints at all. In time I myself are looking to buy an IMac for my photography and this is the place.
Thank you all
Columbia CT.
