So far so good February 8, 2017
Reviewer: Heidi Laureano
I'm happy with my new (used) Mac.  After all of my data was transferred to it, there were a few glitches, but between Apple and Microsoft (for Word), all seems to be running fine.  Thanks for asking!

Great Service October 3, 2016
Reviewer: Kevin Rexroad from Lutz, FL United States
I bought this and had problems with the MacBook not waking up from sleep. The people at Mac of All Trades were very nice and willing to take the computer back and attempting to resolve the problem. Since it had apple care waranty I took it to Apple and they ended up replacing the logic board and a few other items.

MacBook Pro 13-inch 2012 from Mac of all Trades October 3, 2016
Reviewer: Carl Hebert from Tampa, FL
Purchased this for school for my Son.  The 1st device I received looked new from Apple, but was re-booting, due to a bad HD cable. Mac of all trades was very helpful in getting a replacement machine to me after a bit of troubleshooting.  The new device had a scratch on the shell, but looked great overall.   Very happy with the purchase price, the machine and the support from Mac of all trades.  I will purchase my next MAC from Mac of all trades.  The 2012 machine comes with 4 GB of Ram and 500GB HD. It woks great as delivered and will run any needed application.  Because it's not new from apple, it does not come with the same Apps as a new one would. I installed MS office for MAC and it ran great.
I spent $56 on upgrading to 16 GB of Ram (Max on this device) and will install a 1TB SSD Drive. The SSD drive boots much faster than the 500 GB standard drive.  The 2012 version should work great for several years, we are very happy with it. The new 2014- 16 MACs are not upgradable.
