13-Inch MacBook August 26, 2014
Reviewer: Bruce C from AL, United States
We needed a travel computer to access email and other accounts without having a lot of personal information on it (in case it was lost/stolen) and also wanted to store vacation photos on it as a backup to the camera SD cards.  This macbook fit the ticket nicely and was in really good shape.  Plus the shipping was quite fast. I have bought several other Macs from MOAT and have always been pleased with the quality/shipping/service.

Pleasantly surprised! August 24, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Los Angeles, CA United States
I purchased a used Macbook for work, and just needed the least expensive system with a DVD drive that would run Mavericks. This Macbook was listed in good condition, and had a few insignificant scuffs and scratches on the outside case. The screen, keyboard, and trackpad were all in very lightly used condition with no evidence of wear.  The battery capacity is still reasonable despite being made in 2009. I would definitely consider purchasing another used Mac from MOAT in the future.

MacBook 2009 August 23, 2014

I love being apart of the Mac world again!  My 2012 MacBook Pro was damaged and too expensive to fix, so I opted for this great deal and am very happy with this product!  I'll probably pass it down to my daughter for Christmas, and get myself a newer model!  Product was in good condition

Great Service! August 16, 2014
Reviewer: Randi from Austin, IN United States
After receiving my MacBook in the mail, I was ecstatic! I powered it up, went through all the menus, and was ready to go. However, when
i plugged in my power cord to the wall, it let out a spark. So, I tried another outlet, and the same thing happened. I tried keeping it plugged in and putting the other end in my computer and the light wouldn't even come on. So, I sent customer service an email (it was after business hours) and told them my issue. Within a few hours of them being open, I received a phone call asking me about the issue and them sending me another one as soon as possible. I got a replacement charger in a matter of days, and it works great.
The man on the phone was extremely friendly and handled the situation perfect.
Though my original charger may have been broken, I still got an awesome deal on my MacBook and the customer service was awesome!
