Excellent "New" MAC Alternative March 2, 2017
Reviewer: Gregory Causey from Ohio
I run a small publishing company and when a major e-book distributor closed I lost my content on iTunes. Do I find another third-party aggregator? Or do it myself? I chose the latter, unfortunately, to operate in the "i" world you have to work from a MAC platform. I didn't want to pay the $$$$ for a new MAC which led me to MoAT.
I told them what I wanted it for and they came back with recommendations and suggestions. I ordered a used MAC Mini and keyboard, but MoAT forgot to ship the keyboard. So why the 5 stars? Because of the quick and professional way they resolved the problem! Mistakes get made. But the way a company handles a problem can tell you a lot about their culture. They got right on it and FIXED the problem. That's why I'd go BACK to MoAT for other MAC needs. I know if there is a problem it will be resolved to my satisfaction.
The MAC Mini and keyboard work great. I have most of my titles back at iTunes and they are making sales.

It made a little bit of noise when I was first setting it up, but a couple days later it never made the noise again and has been running great!

Awesome! October 26, 2016
Reviewer: Tom G
A friend talked me into switching to a Mac. Have been using Windows ever since it debuted. Windows 10 was the final straw. This 2009 Mac Mini is faster than my newest Windows computer and have had zero problems. The ease of use blows me away. I did upgrade it to 4GB of Ram and upgraded to El Capitan. Runs flawlessly. Couldn't be happier. Thanks  Mac of all trades!
