Every listing has its product condition (e.g. good, excellent, etc.) in its description. All hardware is refurbished (cleaned and tested). Cosmetic problems beyond normal wear-and-tear are not sold in the normal sections of our website; they are sold in the B Grade Items section. If you receive an item you deem to be cosmetically unacceptable for its age (which is rare), it is covered under our warranty. Please also refer to the Returns Policy for more policy information.
The conditions outlined below are intended as a guideline.
Good Condition:
The equipment has accrued normal wear for its age. It has no significant cosmetic defects. Equipment having excessive wear or cosmetic defects is sold in the B Grade Items section.
Excellent Condition:
The equipment has accrued minimal wear for its age. It has zero to very little wear from usage.
Mint Condition:
The equipment is less than two (2) years old, is in like-new condition, and has no cosmetic defects.
New - Open Box:
The equipment is less than six (6) months old and is in like-new condition. It includes all original items from Apple.
New - Factory Sealed:
The equipment has never been used. It is sealed from Apple. The Apple box may have been opened by us to verify the configuration and all peripherals are present. It includes all original items from Apple.
B Grade Items:
The equipment is in good condition with the exception of the cosmetic or operational defect noted. Click on the item description to see the particular cosmetic or operational defect.
